Monks are Facing difficulties during Morning prayer offering

In this shivery cold and Rainy weather most of the monks and nuns are seating on the floar in open weather without any arrangements... They bring seating mattress from their own and seating outside the pathway... How disgustingly we are possessing this picture everywhere... Please think about it.
