Why we are doing this?

Hong Kong is known as one of the greatest Shark Fin importers in the world. 

Many restaurants sell it in soup, and it is considered as one of the "four food treasures" in Cantonese Cuisine. 

Even though many people oppose eating Shark Fin Soup, they still sell it in many restaurants.

How can we make a difference? 

This petition will be featured in a letter to the Hong Kong Government.
