With about 5 days in the online petition campaign aimed at repealing or amending the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970; the media or press as it is called is now noticing the efforts.
Lokmat, one of the leading Marathi newspaper carried news report this morning highlighting the reasons as to why flat-onwers are demanding significant amendment (or possible repeal of the act). It has also reported that Advocate Rahul Kul, MLA, Daund has submitted the non-governmental bill in the Maharashtra Assembly to this end.
