No appeal....

The Attorney General Shannon Fentiman MP has decided on "advice" that the chances of success on appeal are minimal and won't be appealing the sentence....

The driver walks free, free to do as she pleases every day, free to work, to visit family, to be a part of the community. There will be no justice or recognition of Taylen in the court of law.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement... There really are no words for the emotions the family is feeling.

Laws have to change, there needs to be accountability, needs to be justice, a recognition of the victims and their families.

People who kill another user of the road need to spend time actual time in prison.
