Here is a part of my TWO HOUR final oral evaluation made by UNBC's instructor, Khaldoun Aldiabat ; none of the other nursing students had to undergo the same type of evaluation. My final evaluation was conducted at the office of a senior manager in Northern Interior Health Unit in Prince George B.C. Canada during my last clinical practicum shift of the Community Health Nursing focus before my graduation. It was on YouTube, but UNBC hid it and other evidence from public view demonstrating how UNBC has made its money and how some of its nursing professors have treated its student.
If not for presence of two Canadian female registered nurses in the room, Khaldoun Aldiabat would have physically beat me because I refused to sign his false documentation about me and continuing discrimination against me etc. Those Canadian female registered nurses, one of whom was my preceptor, wanted to leave the room after they saw Khaldoun Aldiabat's aggressive etc. conduct with me leaving me alone with him in the room. I was scared and horrified. Not only did Khaldoun Aldiabat engage in inappropriate behavior toward his nursing students, (especially toward me) he also repeatedly behaved inappropriately toward the staff registered nurses during our Community Health Nursing focus practicum course and he especially had conflicts, demanded much more, and was rude, deceitful, aggressive etc. with my young preceptor regarding me. At the same time, on the wall of that Northern Interior Health Unit along the stairs there was a poster about respecting people in the workplace etc.
Khaldoun Aldiabat would have physically beat me or even kill me if I were left alone with him in the room. At the end of those TWO HOURS on my last clinical practicum shift, Khaldoun Aldiabat deliberately failed my UNBC Community Health Nursing focus practicum course.
Please note that Community Health Nursing was not my favorite choice for my focus. Martha MacLeod forced me into that focus and into the classes with Khaldoun Aldiabat although the seats were available in my favorite choice. Moreover, initially another instructor was assigned to the Community Health Nursing focus courses (theory and practicum). Furthermore, initially Martha MacLeod hired Khaldoun Aldiabat only for one previous semester and only for one different nursing course.
Khaldoun Aldiabat had barely any or none at all Canadian registered nurse experience and knowledge. His education and experience came mainly from Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and he was unwilling to learn, unwilling to adapt to and respect Canadian practice. Moreover, without reason, Khaldoun Aldiabat has had reoccurring aggression, anger outbursts, as well as reoccurring hostility. He was also very rude with me, abusive, misleading / deceptive etc., constantly humiliated, recurrently threatened, and discriminatory/harassing.
