REPLIES BY THE MINISTRIES

1 Cabinet Secretariat in reply to RTI registered as CABST/R/2016/90029 replied that e-mail received on 09.04.2017 was forwarded to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, on 24.04.2017. No order was passed in this matter

2 Ministry of Home Affairs vide Memo No: 20011/142/2017-Coord-II dated 11/10/2017 forwarded the representation to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment ( MOSJE)

3 Petition was forwarded to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) which was registered as case no 5281/30/3/2017. The NHRC Vide order dated 08/01/2018 returned to the MOSJE

4 The MOSJE vide its Memo/order No. 7-1/2018 FC & PG/2449 dated 16/01/2018 forwarded the representation to the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice.

5 The Department of Justice, Ministry of Law sent its reply dated 11/05/2018 in Response to RTI Registration No: JUSTC/R/2018/50639 informed that Letter dated 16.01.2018 received from MOSJE has been returned to MOSJE, in original, vide this Department letter dated 16.04.2018 as the subject matter did not pertain to this Department.

6 The MOSJE vide letter No Memo/order No. 7-1/2018 FC & PG/2449 dated 25/04/2018 forwarded the representation to the Ministry of Women & Child Development (MOWCD)

7 The MOWCD in response to the RTI Registration no: MOWCD/R/2018/50372, vide its reply dated 02/08/2018, informed that matter relates to the Ministry of Home Affairs

8 The Ministry of Home Affairs, in RTI reply, vide Office Memo No. A-43020/01/2018-RTI dated 23/08/2018 forwarded to the IS-III Division, Ministry of Home Affairs
