CPIO replied that Representation of the Sh Amitabh Rawat, IPS for the formation of National Men Rights Commission was forwarded to Deptt. of Social Justice and Empowerment vide this Secretariat ID No.701/1/2/2013-CA V dated 11.08.2014. and secretariat has not received any notices from the High Court so they have not file the counter affidavit in this regard( It seems that Writ has not been admitted as per this date) We too sought information from the Minsitry of social welfare Justice and will send the fresh representation having signatures of maximum affected people.
