This aspect of IBA's status as unregistered, unauthorised, unlawful backed with unregistered power of Attorney on behalf of all Banks without any responsibility was unequivocally was reiterated in our original petition dated 16.12.2016 and this has been now agreed upon by IBA itself. There is no ray of hope from these signatories any genuine commitment towards Retirees pleas. Members are requested to deliberate on this issue. 

All Unions & Associations with purported authority of general members have been signing all past settlements with such unrecognised entity I.e. IBA is left to the wisdom of signatories of all such understandings to justify their genuine commitment towards their members as to its legality in long run to safe guard the interest of serving & Retirees.
