As there has been no response from Hon'ble PM/FM to our petition lodged on 15.12.2016 followed by repeated reminders lodged on pgportal & change.org, a complaint was lodged with NHRC on 24.04.2018 and that was also dismissed by NHRC on 31.05.2018 stating that service matters are not considered by NHRC. I would like to reiterate that it is not a service matter but it is an issue of post retiral benefits violating Article 21, 41 & 309. A detail representation has been sent once again to NHRC on 01.06.2018 to reconsider my earlier Complaint No. 411/10/1/2018 requesting for reinstatement of natural justice to Bank Retirees. Our sincere thanks to Sri. C N Venugopal, ex-Director of SBT who is relentlessly fighting for the cause of Bank Retirees & now filing of writ petition in High Court of Kerala also being initiated. We shall extend moral & other support to him in his endeavour. All Bank Retirees are requested to lodge as many complaints as possible on similar lines individually to NHRC & Hon'ble PM/FM while posting the same on Change.org and pgportal simultaneously to exert pressure on the decision makers.
