Petition to Hon'ble PM/ FM:
Update: 28.05.2017
Sincere thanks to 6450 people among more than lakhs of retired people with great wisdom for their over whelming support to our endeavour of repeatedly pleading our Worthy PM/FM and still awaiting redressal of our following grievances in favour of Bank Retirees/Pensioners:
1) Periodical updation of Pension
2) 100% DA Nuetralisation
3) Improvement in Family Pension
4) Various court verdicts reiterates
5) Stop perpetuating legal proceedings.
The original petition was started by TEAM Jayaprakash, Jayaraman, Jayaram, HSN Murthy, HS Vasudeva Rao, Vijayalakshmi submitted on 12.12.2016 followed by detailed justification deliberated on 06.04.2017 citing various Court verdicts, but all have gone invain.
The petition & reminders were regularly posted to Ministry of Finance in http://pgportal.gov.in followed in personal twitter & Messenger to Sri. Arun Jaitly, Sri. Amit Shah, Sri. Pranab Mukherjee, Smt. Sumithra Mahajan & other dignitaries and still awaiting response & reaction from them even after 5 months, that shows the kind of treatment meted out to Bank Retirees/ Senior Citizens.
Respected & concerned Dignitaries & Decision makers are requested to refer the matter to independent & unbiased Commission to know the pathetic condition of these helpless, hapless Bank retired sufferers and do the justice to them at par with central gov. Pensioners as envisaged in CCS Rules, 1972 during their remaining short life in this world.
In support of our ongoing & continued struggle, till our grievances are redressed, sympathetic citizens, well wishers are requested to post as many individual petitions as possible in the same lines in http://pgportal.gov.in and also increase our support base loging in www.Change.Org , in search type Jayaprakash to find the original petition and stamp your support.
Thank you. TEAM: Jayaprakash
