Petition to Hon’ble Prime Minister & Finance Minister UPDATE: 23.03.2017 - 5000 people have already supported the genuine cause & momentum is still on: The TEAM: (1) Jayaprakash. N, (2) Jayaraman. N, (3) Jayaram. V, (4) HSN Murthy, (5) HS Vasudeva Rao and (6) Vijayalakshmi S Rao, have initiated concerted movement by petitioning to Hon’ble PM/FM, the decision makers to intervene & consider the decades old pending rightful & periodical entitlements like (a) Periodical updation of Pension, (b) 100% DA neutralization and (c) Improvement in Family Pension to the Bank Retirees/Pensioners without perpetuating litigation as the matter has already been adjudged by highest Court in various cases. The TEAM had submitted the original petition to the decision makers on 12.12.2016 online in http://pgportal.gov.in/pensions, registered as No. PMOPG/E/2016/0582101 dated 15.12.2016 and PMOPG/E/2017/0123160 dated 03.03.2017 followed by sending the same by speed post, but unfortunately, the issue neither responded nor redressed by the concerned authorities. The TEAM has also submitted the original petition on www.change.org a world platform seeking support from all citizens to the genuine cause in the best interest of all Retirees/Pensioners to exert pressure on the decision maker. Among lakhs of Bank Retirees, only very few have franchised their support and rest of them are yet to participate to exercise support, or not convinced with the contents of the petitions, or ignorant of technology and / or contended with what they are getting or not interested in fighting for themselves or for their spouse of their rightful entitlement. Notwithstanding the above position, we are pleased to inform that till date 5000 citizens have extended their over whelming support to the genuine cause and the pace of support is still rolling on to exert pressure on the decision makers. We also Congratulate the “TEAM - JJJSVV” for the endeavor initiated by them for the benefit of all the Bank Retirees/Pensioners.
