Since 2001, investors have been fighting a tough battle against Suman Motels Ltd. for luring them into investing tonnes of money in various schemes but not complying with the terms stated!

MY STORY : I personally suffered a loss of 2.5 lakhs in the Green Acres Scheme! Quiet a huge amount in the year 1998. Till date, not a penny have i received from them! When all the post-dated cheques sent by them bounced one by one, i decided to have a meeting with them and demand my money back. Every attempt was in vain. Then i received a letter stating an offer that further involved an investment for 2 lakh rupees! Which sensible person would accept such an offer? That was the end of it. They never showed any intentions of paying up the invested amount, forget returns! 

Investors have been deprived of not only the steady returns promised at the time of investment, but even the amount invested has not been repayed by the owners of this fraud company.

In the year 2001, Suman Motels Ltd made claims that they would pay back their investors.

Despite the claims, every attempt to contact the owners and avail a compensation have been fruitless so far. There are umpteen forums on the internet with a string of posts by troubled investors, all hoping for just one thing- Justice.

Its time justice be delivered.

I request all aggrieved investors and the people of india to sign this petition and help me win this battle against fraudulent companies like Suman Motels Ltd. that step into the market with just one motive- to cheat innocent investors and make maximum profits in a minimum time-frame!

The recent article in the economic times states sebi has auctioned Suman Motels property for 2.09 crore this year. In that case, the company must start paying up its investors!

I request Hon'ble Jusctice D.K. Jain, President of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commision and Mr. U. K. Sinha, Chairman, SEBI to expedite the compensation process at the earliest. We investors have suffered great losses for far too long, its time we get back what was rightfully ours!
