The amount of support we are getting here is amazing and very encouraging!
The action The Orchards Homeowners Association is taking against the Bassler family conflicts with Illinois law that protects homeowners wanting to go solar and help our climate and environment. While the suit is baseless for many reasons, the HOA will still not back down. So we’re asking for your help.
I’m hoping you can help get the word out about this issue and urge the HOA to drop this lawsuit.
We need people to contact The Orchards HOA’s management association at 618-381-9185 to respectfully ask them to drop the suit against the Bassler family.
