Rather than recusing herself and appoint 17-B counsel, and ignoring the state and federal criminal actions and conduct of my wife’s in the interim, the proverbial can has been kicked down the road yet again.

I will be requesting relief from the 2nd Department and further, criminal charges against attorney David Martin of Mineola, NY; whom has attempted to bypass the now recused Justice McGowan’s order on the record and has violated NYS Rules of Professional Conduct. He has attempted to obtain collateral victories extrajudicially through disgusting and revolting back channels in his attempts to achieve small victories. Anyone can research Attorney David Martin of Mineola, NY and form your own opinions. But from personal and business experience, every single person avoids a jury trial at all costs, he and his firm are outrageously overbilling my wife, which is in turn costing our innocent daughter money and creating unnecessary bitterness. 

While these issues bother me, what frustrates me the most is the fact that licensed attorneys and judges appointed by our elected officials are allowing this abuse to continue. David Martin should be disbarred, and I will fight through the 10th Department and Queens Supreme to expose him for the outrageous cheat and unethical character he is hiding behind a law license and a failing legal practice. To achieve this, as a self-represented litigant, I will fight for my rights as a father, the victim of felonies committed by my wife, her attorney on an innocent child and a disabled father. 

This abuse must end and the message must be spread about this single case to achieve the success that must happen: An apolitical judiciary in Queens Supreme and the disbarment of David Martin of Mineola, NY.
