The only courts that operate like Queens County Supreme Court are third-world dictatorships.

I personally listened to Viscovich rant about me to his former law clerk, now Judge Earle-Gargan; of how he wanted to incarcerate me after a routine divorce hearing. He thought I hung up from the teleconference, which led to his recusal. He needs his robes removed by the NYS and federal authorities.
