Per the City, this item (1301 S Ocean Drive) will not be on the City's 7/21/23 agenda. Per BCPC, it will not be on the BCPC's ​​8/24/23 agenda.

The communication to the Broward Planning Council was the following: 
"Please accept this letter on behalf of PRH 1301 S. Ocean Drive, LLC and the City of Hollywood relating to Application PC 23-2, 1301 S. Ocean Drive. We continue to evaluate the review comments from the City and the County and are preparing a detailed response. Until we have had sufficient time to respond to County staff, we have notified the City of Hollywood of our intent to defer the City Commission’s consideration of the land use plan amendment from all June 2023 City Commission agendas. As such, there will not be a transmittal hearing prior to July 3, 2023. Until such time as the land use plan amendment is brought before the City Commission for consideration and transmittal to the Planning Council, we would respectfully request that our application be placed on hold."
