Did you know that only 3 years ago, the city applied for $5M in federal money to completely overhaul MLK Blvd? See the application here (it has some pungent language describing the current state of affairs, and identifies the intersection at Washington Blvd as the most dangerous in the whole 1.5 mile stretch of MLK). Those ideas are still useful.
