
Thank you so much to everyone who’s signed my petition! I’m not just asking for petitions for myself; I’m doing it so everyone can finally get a break from seeing your Xfinity bill jump and being stuck on hold for hours trying to fix the billing problem. We all have lives, and some of us don’t have the time to sit on our phones all day while they get paid every minute on hold—it’s just not fair. Also, the primary goal here is to repair their unethical billing system. Another thing we’re going to push to fix is how their security measures violate our privacy rights, such as the internet password being available to every representative you speak to. Another thing we need to see is that representatives receive proper training and actually communicate with each other so we can stop repeating ourselves and always get a different answer.
