Hello everyone ! thank you for your help and support in supporting me with my petition to make Housing Associations like Southway Housing Trust to be held responsible for the physical mental and emotional trauma that they have put myself and my son through

Southway Housing Trust, instructed the damp and mould treatment applied by Mouldex, after I approached The Press, Inside Housing, and when they turned up, the treatments went very well.

Unfortunately the Damp and mould treatment applied by Southway Housing Trust operatives, who don't know what they are doing, spilled it on the carpet and emptied the remainder of the chemicals into my bath, which has made me get a horrible rash on my legs, they did not cover the carpets or wear shoe coverings even though I insisted this as I have an Autoimmune Disease.

My son had his room treated and he could not breathe in there even though he left the windows open for 8 hours and he had to sleep in my room overnight, from the incompetence of Southway Housing Trust, and it's operatives who have no regard for disabled and vulnerable people whatsoever! 

I have instructed my solicitors to seek damages on my behalf, along with the support of health care professionals from MRI and Sheffield Hallam Hospital and support workers
