So the woman who was awarded the judgement against me filed an execution of property in efforts to have my property siezed by the waukesha county sherrif department and sold which I felt was extremely abrasive, and has also filed to have my wages garnished.  I protested this because I've provided evidence that the testimony this woman was granted a judgment against me for was false, which has yet to be reviewed or addressed. so we have court this upcoming Monday at 3:30 via Zoom with the original court comissioner. This is extremely concerning to me because I've tried to get litterally any kind of documentation from the origional hearing with this comissioner and there's literally nothing available, which is odd because she was awarded almost $5k at that hearing... yet not a single exhibit or anything from her was documented? Theres not even a court order and I couldn't even get a transcript from that hearing and was told by the clerk that "95% of hearings like these are recorded,  but for some reason yours was one of the select few that wasn't" which seems very strange to me. I've submitted a request for a different court official,  but it was denied.  I also submitted a request to ensure this upcoming hearing on Monday is recorded so I can at least have a transcript or something for my records, but that request was denied as well. I also put in a request for evidence to be reopened because I've also found even more evidence I believe proves this woman was being dishonest,  and its information I can prove with the transcripts from the hearings with the official judge that I requested this information at every hearing, but the request to reopen evidence and review this information was denied as well. so I feel its unfair that for some reason this woman's verbal testimony outweighs actual physical,  undeniable evidence. It feels like something out of a movie! I don't understand why this has been so hard! All I wanted was to not have to pay this woman money I do not owe her, which is NOT an unreasonable request. Anyone who lies to the courts to be awarded money they are not owed should be held accountable if it can be proven that they lied! and they should be made to explain themselves.  Judges and comissionioners are supposed to uphold truth and integrity in their courtrooms and its so disappointing that this has been so hard!! This makes me wonder how many others have had judgments or even convictions ruled against them that they did NOT deserve, simply because that's what the courts decided with their power of discretion based on the word of someone who was being untruthful and they wouldn't take into consideration actual evidence? Untruthful people are taking advantage of the system and weaponizing it for profit which should NOT be allowed! People who take advantage of the courts and victimize other people SHOULD be held accountable so what's happened to my family and I'm sure many others doesn't continue to happen!
