Meta has updated their terms of service to the point where you cannot do a class action lawsuit, but a small claims case. This means that they won't be held responsible for a whole group of people and just individuals. This also means that the longer you are on their platform, you are saying "Yes, we will not band together to sue you for your unlawful treatment of others, but will choose our own path to pursue you legally individually." Because we are on their platform, we are saying 'yes' to this and it is gross negligence on their part for them to take accountability. I have chosen the small claims route and they were served on 11/12/25 and my court date is set in March of 2026. Unfortunately, this is the only update for now. Once I have more information I will post again, they cannot handle all these small claims at once and if we all went to the courts to sue them, then they would have no choice but to listen. Don't let the big guy win!
