This behavior of Judge Furlong Erie/Niagara Co Supreme Court NY in my opinion is unacceptable from the bench.  It’s particularly disturbing given the recent events of Judge Matthew Murphys giving a rapist of 4 girls no jail time and Judge Kloch letting another CPS attorney bail free given his 12 charges of rape including a child age 16 in DSS custody.  We need to let our employees (these Judges) know we the people (their employers) will not tolerate this recklessness in our community - especially at the expense of our children’s safety.  This isn’t just about Judge Furlong, it’s about the conduct of several judges and government officials like CPS.
