As we continue to seek justice and work to collect more signatures to raise our voices, we are still asking Court officials to hold fraudsters including JMG - and anyone else who would use such immoral tactics to steal from others - accountable; unfortunately, we continue to see this type of injustice and sneaky fraud activities that continue in the news...whether it be due to settlements out of Court or prolonged legal cases that run out of steam over time...

That is why we want to set an example that this type of activity will not be tolerated. Not in our community! Not in our home towns! Thank you again for your help and support in signing this petition. If you are able to help share to one or two more people, we may be able to reach our initial signature goal of 100 signatures. At that point, Change.org will help us contact the listed decision makers.

 JMG has already defaulted on the Supreme Court case in front of Hon. Judge Lynch, Schoharie Supreme Court that reappears next week. Why is there not a bench warrant? How long will they let this continue? How many people must fall victim? The criminal proceedings in front of Hon. Judge M. Caruso have yet to be scheduled but are still pending. This is not over but while these things take time, we don't want these key decision makers to think we've forgotten about these issues. We're still watching and waiting for them to do their job.
