The for-profit psychiatric hospital like Santa Rosa Behavorial, continue to operate without any penalties in spite of causing irreparable damage to vulnerable teens and pre-teens. Please help raise awareness on the issue, and have the state take actions. We already have regulations in place to prevent this. But the agencies have not been using the tools available to them and protect the people.
