1. "Work on your character: Stop shaking your ass on Instagram! Stop flossin' your money, Tinder Swindler! Have some integrity. When you come to the table, be someone people depend on, someone they can trust. That's the first step."

2. "Stop with all the self-aggrandisement, trying to be great. The road to greatness is one step at a time!"

3. "Stop trying to change the world: change yourself. Be more loving, be more humble, be more kind. That's what's going to change humanity."

4. "If you become a master of what you are passionate about, your gifts will make way for you."

5. "You have to work; you have to plough."

6. "You speak to people and they automatically want to be great. Stop! Go in the lab, do the work, get the qualifications, get the area of speciality, get the knowledge. That's what we need!"
