The Issue

As a loyal customer, I have always expected reliable service from delivery companies. Unfortunately, my experiences with Evri have been nothing short of disappointing—not only for me but for countless others across the UK. I've experienced lost packages and damaged goods, and when reaching out for answers, I've found their customer service to be unhelpful at best.

This isn't just my story. It has affected hundreds, if not thousands, of people across the UK. We've been left with empty pockets, receiving damaged or stolen goods, or sometimes not receiving our items at all. Deliveries aren't properly tracked or delivered to the right addresses. My experience, though frustrating, is just one tale in a larger crisis of confidence in Evri's services.

Many of us have witnessed the same careless delivery practices and appalling customer service. It is infuriating to see them continue operations without any accountability. Their failure to perform even the basic hallmark of their service - delivering parcels safely and on time - is causing havoc.

We must demand change. Their unfair practices not only affect us financially but also damage trust in online shopping as a whole. It's time for Evri to address their malpractice, train their delivery drivers to higher standards, and improve transparency in their operations.

The company should consider hiring an independent auditor to assess and ameliorate their current systems. Enforcing a clear code of conduct for employees and implementing better complaint-handling mechanisms are pertinent strategies. Without these critical adjustments, the cycle of lost and damaged goods will continue.

Stand with us in demanding accountability! Sign this petition to bring attention to these issues and urge Evri to rectify their operations before more people suffer unnecessary losses.
