New Development: Regulators Still Ignoring the Evidence

This week I received a response from the Professional Standards Authority. Despite acknowledging Dr Kalkat’s misconduct, they say they cannot challenge the GMC’s decision to reinstate him.

What’s most shocking is the GMC never even considered the full record of overprescribing that destroyed David’s health. They also failed to address evidence of harassment, false allegations, and the fact Dr Kalkat is still under police investigation.

We cannot allow this to be brushed aside.
