[REDACTED] has been charged with 3 counts of animal neglect/abandonment. [REDACTED] knew exactly what [REDACTED] was doing when he dumped those 3 roosters in the middle of a heatwave with no water, no food, no shelter. [REDACTED] left them to suffer and die, then actually filmed it, laughed about it, and proudly posted it on TikTok with [REDACTED] full legal name.
