Fighting BACK!

I am currently fighting an unlawful eviction attempt filed against me through Advantix Development Corporation. While I have actively filed multiple motions in my defense to stand my ground, management has responded by requesting continuances—deliberately dragging their feet to avoid facing the real issues at hand.

They want to distract from the core problems: a blatant disregard for our fundamental right to a habitable, safe environment, inflated tenant balances, and a heavy reliance on other unlawful tactics designed to push low-income residents out of their homes.
