Hello supporters of Smiling Hogshead Ranch! Thank you so much for your signature on this petition and for sharing it. We are truly humbled at the outpouring of love and support.  We have reached an agreement with the MTA which will result in their rescinding the eviction notice. They have extended it for now and will officially rescind once we post some agreed upon signage.

We have not yet discussed a longer land-use agreement or a concrete plan for addressing the safety concerns in our neighborhood but this is a huge step towards reconciliation and moving forward with better communication with them.  We are leaving the petition open for now, but are feeling hopeful!
