This will affect creative people and small businesses, the very people who often cannot afford to copyright their ideas. It does not acknowledge the vast income that creative industries bring to the UK economy, stifles creativity and will probably drive small businesses out of the market. It is a law which will only benefit the rich and corporations, and has not place in a democratic society.
