This is very important for many reasons, one being the protection of the defendant. Also so there is a clear record of what has gone on in court. If the courts are doing nothing wrong then why do they not alow us to record our court cases. ? This would help people log there current affairs in court also. In this day and age the court room has become out of hand and things need to change.
