On July 13, 2022 the court hearing between Sakyamuni Caves Monastery and Cement Giant went on for hours. YB Leong Cheok Keng, Perak State Assemblyman for Malim Nawar pointed out that the Honorable Judge YA Tuan Bhupindar Singh Judicial Commissioner of the High Court of Ipoh will conduct (locus in quo) - visit the caves monastery prior to making a judgement on September 6, 2022. 

YB Leong added that the visit by Honourable Judge could ensure better understanding of the case. He reiterated that the Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) fully support Sakyamuni Caves Monastery on their application for cultural heritage and urged the state government to support the application expeditiously.  (refer below for the actual publications in Chinese)
