All of my friends have a Snapchat with the exception of Joe Martinez. Because of this we can not share pictures as easy as we would be able to if he did have a Snapchat.

If we reach our goal hopefully Joes mother will allow him to have a Snapchat.

I started this petition because...
I am Kyle Bruington and I have been best friends with Joe since pre-k. Since then me and Joe have both moved away. It has become increasingly difficult to keep in touch without him having a snapchat however. If you would sign this to help me and my friend keep in touch I would be so grateful.
