Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) to collect one million signatures

Engineers launched a campaign yesterday at the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau to collect one million signatures to pressure the government not to sign the proposed ETCA agreement with India without formulating a national policy on international pacts.
