This week, the Highline School Board formally approved a resolution to reunite Evergreen High School. In September 2017, Evergreen will unify as one high school under the leadership of one principal. The new school will continue to focus on strong relationships between students and staff while also ensuring equity of access to high-quality academic courses and programs, including a diverse set of electives and extracurricular activities. Thank you to everyone who signed this petition, wrote letters, attended meetings and advocated for MORE opportunities for our students. But the real work begins now.
