HIGH PARK – ACCESS FOR ALL
ACT NOW and keep High Park a safe place to visit.
Since the implementations in August 2023 of the one-way road system, a dedicated Cycle track, and removal of 320 parking spaces, High Park grows daily more hazardous.
Lack of enforcement for the 20km speed limit and the influx of speed training cyclists have made High Park potentially a perilous place to enjoy a visit. Five children have been hit by speeding cyclists this year and speed bumps could reduce the speed of all vehicles.
HIGH PARK REQUIRES TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES TO BE INTRODUCED NOW.
Please write to: 311@toronto.ca, highparkmove@toronto.ca,
Mayor_chow@toronto.ca and your Councillor requesting speed bumps, daily enforcement of the 20km/hr speed limit, and any other traffic calming measures the City can offer.
THANK YOU!
