People in ALL of Toronto, as well as our many visitors should continue to have comfortable access to High Park. The 400 acres of prime Toronto land were donated to the City of Toronto by John Howard in 1873 for “the free use, benefit and enjoyment of the Citizens of Toronto FOREVER”.
