The Speed Bumps and other traffic calming measures were removed from High Park in 2015 in order to create a race track for the games. These safety measures were never replaced, now there is an issue with speeding vehicles in the park and the City are ignoring requests to replace the Speed Bumps.

However if 311 receives enough complaints they have to act...so we need to complain to 311 and ask for the return of the Speed Bumps...

Speed humps are considered a major traffic calming measure
If you have been grazed, frightened or are just tired of 40-60k speeding cyclists or drivers in High Park ....call 311.....and ask to have the Speed Bumps re-installed in High Park....
311 will act....but you must act first....
