Locked out? Many visitors are and we miss you…….Come to the Rally on September 23rd. and then visit all the animals and the Llama Pen which will be open from 12-2pm.  For a $2 donation you can feed the llamas, get a free Zoo colouring book and a tattoo…

Donations to Friends of High Park Zoo were recently used, working together with the City of Toronto, to build the new Llama Home, so now both the Llamas and Capybaras have wonderful new quarters, so cosy in the winter.

Friends are currently raising funds for Phase 2 of their Master Plan, the new trail through the Zoo. They are struggling to raise the remaining funds due to the lack of visitors since the park has been closed to cars on historically busy weekends, with the proposed full closure to cars and families in 2027, the future looks bleak…

We hope you can make it, sorry about the long walk but the Zoo is in the center of this vast and beautiful park.
