Install no right/lefthand turns into the Park at rush hours

Implement a free shuttle to replace train

Improve Bike Lanes and sidewalks

Enforcement of speeding and stop signs regulations.

EQUAL ACCESS FOR ALL-open up High  Park again for everyone now
