There were two public events, one at 10.00 am in the Nature Centre (600 steps from Bloor Gate), and the other at noon just inside the park at Bloor Gate. For a beautiful summer day, there were not many visitors. 

The Sign on the Park gate  says “NO ACCESS TO VEHICLES”. The Highway Traffic Act classifies bicycles as a vehicle, but they are allowed.  If a bike has a motor, should it be allowed?... and the scooters and boards……

Very few pedestrians walked on the road, pavements seemed a better and safer bet….who wants to compete with cars, buses, a train, speeding bikes….and Emergency Vehicles.
