The Issue
Crown Road Development - Container homes.
Hertsmere councils plans for the were approved in Feb 18 even through massive opposition to the plans over 400 people objected (the largest ever objection to a site) a in depth report was done highlighting factor why the development should not go there aswell as a petition. All were ignored , the council did not take steps to look at alternative sites. The residents of Borehamwood feel let down by the Hertsmere councillors, especially the ones on the planning committee .
There are 2 targets which can be achieved- 750 votes = public enquiry or response from the council.
1500 votes = full council meets to discuss the issue.
