Request of removal of Dr. Lori Romano to the Hernando County School Board. The superintendent is in direct and  substantial violation to her terms of contract with Hernando County Schools.  Violating multiple articles of her own contract; on pg 6 of 10 section V. duties of the superintendent "Romano shall comply with all lawful directives issued by the BOARD related to  the performance of her duties and consistent with applicable law, regulation and school board policy."

Pursuant to state law, the superintendent shall coorporate with the board in every manner practicable. (not informing Board of any movement or decisions of cabinet)

Shall maintain honesty in all profession dealings. Lori Romano has violated many FL statues and District policies.  With disregard to all staff members, the community and students.

Recommend to the School Board procedures whereby the general public can be adequately informed of the educational programs, needs and objectives of the public education within the district

"Cause" for removal:

By a majority vote of its membership, the BOARD shall have the right to terminate Agreement of employment and to remove Romano from office for misfeasance, malfeasance, or corruption in office, incompetency, insubordination, immorality, breach of contract, material breach or violation of the Florida Administrative Code 6A-10.081. or violation of any State of Florida or Federal law and/or regulation applicable to Romano's employment and duties
