We need your support. Help protect and preserve the history site ’Bahay na Pula’ from the possibility of deterioration or total demolition. We need all the support we can get from both local and international organizations, and those who find it important to preserve our local history.

This is where you come in! By signing this petition you show the importance of protecting the Bahay na Pula, and sharing the stories and experiences of the Comfort Women.

The Bahay na Pula, also known as the Red House, is a former hacienda in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, Philippines. During the Japanese occupation it was used as a garrison for the Japanese troops, where many Filipino women from the village of Candaba were brought to and raped. The walls and floors of the house was taken down, but the skeleton of the house remains, the goal is to reconstruct the house to its original design and convert it into a local museum.
