Hereford has been waiting for a bypass for decades and all that while, pollution has been on the increase, our economy suffering and traffic congestion escalating. The Council had at last committed to building a bypass but now we hear that they are considering cancelling the project altogether at a cost of over £10 million to the Hereford taxpayer.
