HER RIGHTS IS A HUMAN RIGHTS
The Issue
According to 2026 updates from UN Women, no country in the world has fully achieved legal equality for women, with gaps still remaining in areas such as protection from violence, equal pay, and laws addressing sexual violence and consent.
For generations, women have fought to have the same rights, opportunities, and protection that should have been theirs from the beginning. Many barriers have been challenged, but for millions of women, equality is still not a reality.
Nearly 1 in 3 women worldwide have experienced physical or sexual violence at least once in their lifetime (UN Women).
These numbers are not just statistics. They represent women whose safety was taken away, whose voices were ignored, and whose lives were affected by systems that were meant to protect them.
This is why women’s rights remain relevant today. Behind every statistic is a woman whose safety, freedom, opportunity, or voice may depend on a certain country or whether society chooses to protect her.
Women should not have to fight for the basic rights that belong to them as human beings.
This is why your voice matters.
By signing the petition and stand with women calling for stronger protection, equal rights, and justice for women everywhere, we can push through to achieve the following:
- A Stronger protection against violence and abuse
- Laws that uphold equal rights and are properly enforced
- Support and justice for survivors
- Equal opportunities and treatment
- Protection for women from marginalized communities
LET US ALL SPEAK UP AND STAND WITH THEM.
