Madam

WE, all signing this petition, are sick and tired, of living in, YOUR REALM; where, WE, the ‘common people’, have no 'protection of law' at all.

 WE, are denied; all rightful access to a, Written Constitution; Bill of Rights; and a, "Supreme Court of Law", whereby, it is possible to test, question or challenge the abuse and the 'prejudice' of parliament, from within law.

 And, where, the "Reigning Monarch', sits upon the throne, charged by DUTY to provide, "The People's Protection". Yet, miserably fails to provide, any protection at all.

 

Madam

WE, all signing this petition, call upon you, to immediately,

(A), Prorogue parliament and order a new General Election;

 Or,

 (B), Voluntarily abdicate the throne.

 WE, warn you Madam; that upon you failing to carry out either of these two options as above; this will immediately trigger, 'OUR' intention; by, 'precedent of law'; to demand that you be removed from the throne.

 

Madam, by, 'precedent of law'; throughout your entire reign; you are charged as follows:

You have failed to honour the "Original Contract".
You have "Broken the "Original Contract" betwixt King and People.
You have consistently failed to protect the People.
You have consistently granted the "Royal Assent" to corrupt law.
You have consistently failed to use the legal instrument of the "Royal Prerogative" to protect the British people.

 Note:

Ref (4) above: All 'Acts' 'Motions' and 'Bills' created and passed by parliament, "Under the influence of the political party 'WHIPS'; is corrupt law. Because, the 'WHIPS' in parliament has no legality at all. The, 'WHIPS', instructing ‘elected’ Members of Parliament on how they must or should vote; causes the “Prejudice of the People”. This, flouts, and breaches, the 'precedent of law' as set out in the, "Statute in Force/Bill of Rights 1689/The Said Rights Claimed".

 Ref (5) above: When, subsequent, to "The People's Wishes" being declared in democratic General Election; declaring, that, “No political party should have a majority in parliament"; and, THERESA MAY of the Conservative party and, the leader of the 'DUP', conspiring together, to thwart, overrule, or supplant those "People's Wishes"; to provide that, 'majority' in parliament. This, is the sheer 'evidence' establishing, that the "Reigning Monarch" must intervene.

 "When the wishes of the people are in direct conflict with the actions of the legislators" -  The, "Reigning Monarch" - by precedent of law - must immediately prorogue parliament and order a new General Election

 Madam; you have failed to do this; therefore, for this 'wilful omission of duty; you are also charged for that ‘omission’.

 

 

THEREFORE, MADAM, FOR ALL THE CRIMES AND NEGLIGENCE, AS SET OUT ABOVE; WE, ALL SIGNING THIS PETITION; NOW WANT YOU REMOVED FROM THE THRONE.
