All signing this petition assert and claim, that for the reasons of 'evidence' submitted below; that, you have, "Broken the Original contract Betwixt the Reigning Monarch and the People'; and, that, thereby, you have 'abdicated' the throne.


WE, therefore declare, by 'precedent of law', the throne is now vacant.


Madam

The Bill of Rights 1689 verifies all 'Subjects' right to petition their King.

The, CONVENTION (Parliament) of 1688, declared, that all ‘Reigning Monarch’s in the line of Succession’ are bound by, 'precedent of law', to honour the, “Original Contract"; requiring; the protection of the People.

When the CONVENTION removed 'King James the Second' from the throne, for, "Breaking the Original Contract betwixt King and People"; in a huge debate, held in early February 1688, held in the Painted Chamber of the House of Commons, between both Lords and Commons; they debated the words: ABDICATED  and THE THRONE IS VACANT. At the conclusion of that debate, it was ruled, that King James II, had abdicated the throne; and, that thereby, the throne was vacant.

The Speaker, of that debate, HENRI POWLE said this:

“It is from those that are upon the Throne of England (when there are any such) from whom the People of England ought to receive Protection; and to whom, for that Cause, they owe the Allegiance of Subjects; but there being none now from whom they expect Regal Protection, and to whom, for that Cause they owe the Allegiance of Subjects, the Commons conceive, The Throne is Vacant."


EARL CLARENDON, further declared, in respect to the "Lineal Descent”, that,

"The contract is as binding upon the Successor as well as it was on the Deposed if the Successor breaks the contract he too can be Deposed"

Madam, There can be no 'legal doubt' whatsoever that by, 'precedent of law', you are required to protect the People. Accordingly, you are accused as follows:

1. Throughout your entire reign you have failed to protect the People.

2. You have not honoured the "ORIGINAL CONTRACT" throughout all the time you have occupied the English throne.

3. You have consistently granted the "Royal Assent" to corrupt Laws and Bills created and passed by Parliament. That have no true legality at all.

4. You have presided over a corrupt and rotten JUDICIARY that has consistently, "Conspired to pervert the course of Justice" and, deceive the British people; by ruling;

(a), that, "Article 9" of the "Bill of Rights 1689" is, ABSOLUTE.

(b), that, thereby, the abuse and the prejudice of ‘elected’ parliament, cannot be tested, questioned, or be challenged, in the courts.

Whereas, in truth, reality, and, in law; "Article 9", of that Bill; is not, ABSOLUTE, at all.

Parliaments application and enactment of "Article 9", is wholly dependent upon, the conditions set out in the paragraph within that Bill known as, “The Said Rights Claimed”. This paragraph, specifically instructs parliament, that when parliament enacts its "Supremacy" afforded by "Article 9"; or, enacts any of the other “Premises” of that Bill; that, nothing, "OUGHT PREJUDICE THE PEOPLE". As can be seen here:

“The Said Rights Claimed”:

“And they do Claime Demand and Insist upon all and singularThe Premises as their undoubted Rights and Liberties and that noe Declarations Judgements Doeings or Proceedings to the Prejudice of the People, in any of the said Premises, ought in any wise to be drawne hereafter, into Consequence or Example”

You have presided over this travesty and tyranny, Madam, without ever once, uttering one word to protect the British people.

5. Madam, likewise, you have also presided over "YOUR GOVERNMENT and PARLIAMENT’s consistent denial of the PEOPLE's right of access to a true, DEMOCRACY.

You have persistently ignored the use of the political party WHIPS in parliament instructing, 'elected' Members of Parliament, on how they should or must vote.

Thereby, overruling and supplanting all 'rightful influence', placed upon those Members, by the Constituents.

This 'travesty' creates the "PREJUDICE OF THE PEOPLE"; which is wholly proscribed by the "Bill of Rights 1689".

Madam, here again, you have failed to protect the people. To this travesty and denial of DEMOCRACY; you have not uttered one word to protect the British people.

Madam, at each and every, ceremonial, ‘OPENING OF PARLIAMENT’, in delivering the "Queen's Speech" each year, you preface every paragraph of that speech with the words, "MY GOVERNMENT” – Asserting, that, "MY GOVERNMENT will do this or that", throughout the entire speech.

This is naught but a wicked, SHAM and DECEIT. Because, YOU, have played no part in that Government or the 'governing' of the People, throughout the entire time you have occupied the English throne.

 

Madam

It is imperative that you realise that, WE, all that are signing this petition; and all the British people; do not endure their ‘imposed’ subjugation to the British Crown; and the giving of allegiance to a ‘Reigning Monarch’ for as long as a Monarch shall reign; and, being deprived of all ‘protection of law’ whatsoever; in order that the ‘Reigning Monarch’ shall enjoy all the privileges of Monarchy; shall be available to act as patron to charities and institutions; shall officially open new and various establishments; shall host garden parties; and shall travel the globe promoting British products and prestige.

 

There is only one reason for a British Monarchy; and, that is, the honouring of the “Original Contract” providing “The Protection of the People”.

“Allegiance is given to the Liege Lord for the protection of the Liege Lord”.

All signing this petition accuse you of failing to honour the “Original Contract” throughout the entire period of your reign. Accordingly, We declare, “You have abdicated the throne”; and that thereby; the throne is now vacant.”
