All signing this petition, immediately,

1. Call upon you to ‘honour’ the “Original Contract”.

2. Call upon you to protect all “Subjects of the Crown”; protecting all the people; from the ‘tyranny’ of a corrupt and rotten undemocratic parliament, that we endure now.

3. Call upon you to, immediately, use your powers provided by the “Royal Prerogative”, to order the dissolution of parliament; ordering, a new general election now.

4. Call upon you, to, refuse to grant the “Royal Assent” to any more Laws and Bills, created and passed by parliament, under the ‘unlawful’ direction and influence, of the political party WHIPS. (Reason, as shown below).
For, all of the reasons, as set out below:

The Bill of Rights 1689 verifies all 'Subjects' right to petition their King.

The, CONVENTION (Parliament) of 1688 further declared, that all ' Reigning Monarch's' in the line of Succession, are bound by 'precedent of law', to honour the " Original Contract" requiring the protection of the People.

When the CONVENTION removed 'King James the Second' from the throne for "Breaking the Original Contract Betwixt King and People"; in a huge debate held in early February 1688, held in the Painted Chamber of the House of Commons between, both Lords and Commons; they debated at length the words: ABDICATED and THE THRONE IS VACANT; and, at the conclusion of that debate, it was ruled; that King James II had abdicated the throne and, that thereby, the throne was vacant.

The Speaker, of that debate, HENRI POWLE said this:

“It is from those that are upon the Throne of England (when there are any such) from whom the People of England ought to receive Protection; and to whom, for that Cause, they owe the Allegiance of Subjects; but there being none now from whom they expect Regal Protection, and to whom, for that Cause they owe the Allegiance of Subjects, the Commons conceive, The Throne is Vacant."

EARL CLARENDON, in that debate, also declared, in respect to the "Lineal Descent, that,

"The contract is as binding upon the Successor as well as it was on the Deposed if the Successor breaks the contract he too may be Deposed"

There can be no 'legal doubt' whatsoever that by 'precedent of law' the ‘Reigning Monarch’ of England, is required to honour the “Original Contract”, and, to provide the protection of the People.

 Accordingly,

WE, all who sign this petition, plead for your protection.

In the event, if legally and lawfully, CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY, prevents the ‘Reigning Monarch’ from honouring the “Original Contract”; then in such circumstance, all signing this petition, will verify and demand, that there is no legal justification for a BRITISH MONARCHY at all.

TORY DOMINATION OF PARLIAMENT MUST NOW END.

Subsequent to BREXIT, and, the resignation of Prime Minister, DAVID CAMERON; the, TORIES IN PARLIAMENT, assume that all they need to do is to elect a 'new' Prime Minister, in order to resume 'governing' as it was before. Without any disruption at all; and, without, any participation of "The People". The, TORIES, are now in the process of electing that new, Prime Minister.

 "There being no general election; ‘Her Majesty the Queen’ has not invited any TORY, to form any new government". The forming of a new government, is the 'Reigning Monarch's, ‘Prerogative’, alone. The, TORIES cannot form any, government, entirely on their own.

Subsequent to BREXIT, the country is now in dire peril.

1. There is utter confusion and chaos.

2. There is no direction at all.

3. No one is even talking to or negotiating with the EU, about, leaving the EU.

4. The LABOUR PARTY is in complete disarray, the parliamentary party, is at odds with the party leadership and has total contempt for the 'grass roots' membership of the party. They have registered, a 'no confidence' motion against the leader of the party; so there is no one in the LABOUR PARTY today, that the People can trust, to negotiate our way out of the EU.

5. The TORY PARTY is so intent on 'power struggles', within the party, there is absolutely no one to trust there either.

6. The '£' fails, falls and fluctuates, daily, the 'markets' alarmed, at what Britain might do next.

7. The country has never ever been in such a perilous state.

8. The entire parliament today, the entire ‘ruling class’ the ‘establishment’ is so rotten and corrupt, all politicians, lower in esteem, than they have ever been.

The, Political Party Whips, in Parliament.

On 25.04.2014 parliament passed the “Second Reading of the HS2 Bill”, 451 votes for the Bill, and only 50 votes against; all carried out, under the UNLAWFUL influence, of the political party WHIPS.

On the 12.5.16 parliament also passed the, “Housing and Planning Act 2016”, 292 votes for, and 197 votes against, also under the UNLAWFUL influence of the WHIPS; and, therefore and thereby, neither of these two Bills have any true legal validity at all.

On the 13.5.16 Her Majesty the Queen granted the “Royal Assent” to this “Housing and Planning Act 2016”; thereby, granting the ‘assent’ to corrupt law.

The political party WHIPS in parliament in instructing ‘elected’ Members of Parliament on how they should or must vote; overrules and supplants all ‘rightful influence’ placed upon those Members by the constituents. This creates the, “Prejudice of the People”.

Yet, “Prejudice of the People” is wholly proscribed by the ‘precedent of law’ set out and recorded in the, “Statute in Force/Bill of Rights 1689/The Said Rights Claimed”.
Here is that paragraph in that Bill:

“The Said Rights Claimed”:

“And they do Claime Demand and Insist upon all and singular

The Premises as their undoubted Rights and Liberties and that

noe Declarations Judgements Doeings or Proceedings to the

Prejudice of the People, in any of the said Premises, ought in

any wise to be drawne hereafter, into Consequence or Example”

WE, all who have signed this petition, now warn, ‘Your Majesty’,

That, in the event, that you do not provide our protection in the manner as requested and, refuse to comply with your ‘duty’ as required by the “Original Contract”, requiring the provision of, our protection, as set out above; then, We, all who have signed this petition; will therefore, immediately assert, demand, and claim, that you have, “Broken the Original Contract”; and, that thereby, and, by precedent of law, YOU, ABDICATE THE THRONE.

We, that are forever, in the ‘imposed’ circumstance of being classified in law, as being, “Subjects of the Crown”; that, are forever bound in law, in the, ‘giving of allegiance, to the ‘Reigning Monarch’, for as long as a Monarch shall reign;

Have every rightful legal entitlement, to the protection of “The Crown”. If that protection, is denied. Then there is no need nor any requirement for a, British Monarchy, at all.
